New acne gel shows promise in large trial

Summary
This Phase 3 trial tests a new gel called N-Acetyl-GED-0507-34-LEVO for acne vulgaris. About 400 people will apply the gel or a placebo daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will count pimples and rate skin clarity to see if the gel works better than placebo.
