Summary
This study aims to find the best surgical method for repairing a torn ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) in the knee. Researchers will compare two different surgical techniques that both include an extra ligament repair to improve stability. They will measure which method helps patients return to sports more quickly and with a lower risk of re-injury.
