Summary
This study aims to find out which of two common surgical techniques works better for repairing a torn ACL knee ligament in active athletes. Researchers will compare using a hamstring tendon versus a quadriceps tendon graft. They will measure knee stability, recovery, pain, and how successfully athletes return to sports over a 10-year period.
