New Pig-Derived graft tested for torn knee ligaments

NCT ID NCT06091488

Summary

This study looked at how well a specific graft material, called OrthoPure XT, works for repairing or re-doing a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) in the knee. It involved 10 adults who could not use their own tissue for the repair. Researchers measured patients' pain, knee function, and activity levels, and used MRI scans to check how the graft healed over time.
