Can new training stop athletes from Re-Injuring their knees?

NCT ID NCT07314931

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week exercise program can help college basketball players who have recovered from ACL knee surgery. The program focuses on improving balance, muscle coordination, and safe jumping/landing techniques. Researchers will compare players who do this special training alongside their regular practice to those who only do regular practice, measuring knee movement and performance to see if it reduces the risk of another injury.
