NCT ID NCT07578935

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at two types of exercise—dynamic stability drills and plyometric training—to see which better helps people who have trouble fully straightening their knee after ACL reconstruction surgery. About 48 adults aged 20 to 40 with moderate knee extension lag will take part. Both groups will also receive standard physical therapy, and results will be measured after 6 weeks.
