This trial compares standard physical therapy alone versus standard therapy plus daily use of a home stretching device (Ermi Knee Extensionater) for people recovering from ACL reconstruction. Participants are aged 14 to 65 and have had a first-time ACL repair using a patellar tendon graft. The study measures how well the knee can straighten over time. The goal is to see if adding high-intensity stretching at home helps restore full knee extension faster.
