Special treadmill may help knees heal better after ACL surgery

NCT ID NCT06529679

Summary

This study is testing a special treadmill training method to improve how people walk and load their knee after ACL reconstruction surgery. Researchers want to see if walking on a treadmill with belts moving at different speeds can help retrain proper knee movement patterns. The study involves 30 participants who had ACL surgery within the past 10 months and will measure knee loading before, during, and after 20-minute training sessions.
