Can a Split-Speed treadmill save knees after ACL surgery?
NCT ID NCT06529692
Summary
This is a small, early-stage study to see if a special treadmill training method can help people load their knee better after ACL surgery. The goal is to prevent the knee from being underused, which can lead to re-injury and arthritis later in life. Nine participants will try different versions of the treadmill training over six weeks to see which approach might work best.
