Summary

This study is testing a new version of a standard balance test for people recovering from ACL knee surgery. Researchers want to see if adding a mental challenge (like reacting to flashing lights) provides better information about how well each leg is recovering. The goal is to use this information to help design better rehab programs and safer guidelines for athletes returning to sports.
