Summary
This study aims to understand why some athletes get ACL and other sports injuries by tracking 5,000 healthy athletes for one year. Researchers will measure athletes' movement patterns and strength during preseason screenings, then follow up to see who gets injured. The goal is to identify risk factors and eventually help develop better injury prevention programs.
