NCT ID NCT07486466

Summary

This study aims to understand if a full season of basketball causes subtle changes to the important knee ligament (ACL) in female college athletes. Researchers will follow 60 elite players, using special imaging and jump tests before and after the season to measure ligament stiffness and performance. The goal is to identify early signs of strain that could predict injury risk and help develop better prevention programs for female athletes.
