Summary
This study aims to understand why young athletes tear their ACL, a major knee ligament. Researchers are asking 200 athletes who have already suffered this injury to complete a detailed new questionnaire about their sports activities, training, and the moment of injury. The goal is to gather better information to identify risk factors and help prevent these injuries in the future.
