Summary
This study is testing whether carefully lowering blood pressure in pregnant women with preeclampsia or gestational hypertension can safely extend the pregnancy. Researchers want to see if keeping blood pressure below 140/90 mmHg allows babies more time to develop before delivery. The goal is to reduce complications for both mothers and newborns by preventing very early births.
