Veterans with ADHD may get a Drug-Free option to tame impulsivity

Summary

This study will test if a non-invasive brain stimulation technique called iTBS can help veterans with ADHD reduce impulsivity and improve daily functioning. About 35 veterans with ADHD will receive either real or placebo stimulation over several sessions. The goal is to see if this approach is safe, acceptable, and effective as an alternative to medication.
