Summary

This study aimed to find the most effective dose of the drug acetazolamide for treating obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). It compared a low dose, a high dose, and a placebo pill in 91 adults with moderate to severe OSA over four weeks. Researchers measured changes in breathing events during sleep and other symptoms to see which dose worked best.
