Brain zap shortcut? study tests faster depression treatment

NCT ID NCT06961851

Summary

This small, early study explored a faster version of a non-invasive brain stimulation treatment for depression. It involved 11 patients and gathered feedback from clinic staff. The goal was to see if delivering the treatment more quickly was acceptable and could reduce symptoms, as the standard schedule requires daily visits for nearly 7 weeks.
