First seen Jan 21, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 15 times

Summary

This study looks at whether giving radiation therapy six days a week (instead of the usual five) can better control head and neck cancer in people who start treatment more than six weeks after surgery. About 75 adults with intermediate- or high-risk head and neck cancer will take part. The goal is to see if the faster schedule reduces the chance of cancer coming back.
