Wrist tracker reveals how fast women recover after prolapse surgery

Summary
This study follows 288 women recovering from pelvic organ prolapse surgery. Participants wear a wrist accelerometer and answer a daily recovery questionnaire. Some receive routine post-op instructions, others get an exercise-focused plan. The goal is to see which group feels "mostly recovered" sooner.
