Summary
This is a first-in-human study testing a new oral drug called ACC-1898 in adults with advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard treatment options. The main goals are to find a safe dose and understand how the body processes the drug. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help slow or shrink tumors.
