Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, acalabrutinib and obinutuzumab, in people with untreated slow-growing lymphomas like follicular lymphoma. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink or control the cancer. About 49 adults will take part, and researchers will monitor how well the cancer responds and any side effects.
