New drug duo targets hard-to-treat lung cancer mutation

Summary

This study tests a combination of two experimental drugs, ABSK043 and glecirasib, in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific mutation called KRAS G12C. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and shrinks tumors. About 86 adults will take part in this open-label phase 2 trial.
