This study tests a combination of two drugs, abemaciclib and letrozole, in people with advanced or recurrent endometrioid endometrial cancer that cannot be cured by surgery or radiation. The main goal is to see how many participants have no cancer growth after 6 months of treatment. Treatment continues until the cancer progresses, side effects become too severe, or the participant chooses to stop.
