Summary
This study tests a drug called abemaciclib in people with advanced solid tumors that have specific changes in cyclin or CDK genes. The drug works by blocking proteins that help cancer cells grow. Researchers want to see if it can stop or slow the cancer for at least 4 months. About 38 participants will take the pill and be monitored for side effects and tumor response.
