Summary

This study tests a drug called abemaciclib in 20 people with advanced digestive neuroendocrine tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments and cannot be surgically removed. The drug works by blocking certain enzymes that help cancer cells grow. The goal is to see if it can shrink or control the tumors.
