Summary
This study looks at how the amount of abemaciclib in the blood is linked to severe diarrhea in people with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer. About 235 women with early-stage, high-risk breast cancer will have their blood levels measured during treatment. The goal is to create a model that could help doctors adjust doses to reduce side effects while keeping the treatment effective.
