Summary

This study aimed to measure how abdominal wall tension and internal pressure change during hernia repair surgery in people with large hernias. Researchers used a special scale and a pressure-sensing urinary catheter during the operation. Only 2 people took part before the study was stopped early, so the results are very limited.
