Summary

This study looks at whether abdominal massage and drinking warm water can prevent constipation and improve recovery in people who have had hip fracture surgery. About 81 adults will be randomly assigned to receive massage, warm water, or standard care. The goal is to see if these simple, drug-free methods can reduce constipation and help patients feel better after surgery.
