Can a simple massage ease constipation and boost heart health?
NCT ID NCT07352449
Summary
This study tested whether a single session of abdominal massage could provide immediate benefits for people with chronic constipation. Researchers compared 30 participants who received the massage to a group that did not, measuring effects on blood vessel stiffness, muscle oxygen levels, and exercise capacity. The goal was to see if this non-drug approach could offer quick relief and improve related health factors.
