NCT ID NCT07612384

First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether wearing an abdominal binder (a supportive wrap around the belly) along with doing special breathing exercises could help people with asthma feel less breathless and improve their quality of life. Thirty-two adults with mild to moderate asthma took part over four weeks. The researchers measured breathlessness, breath-hold time, and daily well-being to see if the binder made a difference.
