Summary
This study tests a training program called ABCs that teaches healthcare providers how to have better conversations with patients facing serious illness. About 350 doctors, nurses, and other providers will take online modules and virtual workshops. The goal is to see if the training improves their communication skills and confidence, with the hope of helping patients get earlier access to palliative care.
