Summary

This study tests a new medicine called ABBV-6628 for people with geographic atrophy, an advanced form of dry age-related macular degeneration that causes vision loss. About 66 adults aged 50 and older will receive eye injections of ABBV-6628 or an approved treatment (SYFOVRE) to check safety and how the drug works in the body. The goal is to see if ABBV-6628 can help control the disease and slow vision damage.
