First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a shorter, abbreviated MRI scan can detect signs of Crohn's disease as well as the longer standard scan. Researchers will compare the two scans in 300 children and adults with Crohn's. Participants will also share which scan they prefer. The goal is to see if the faster scan can be used in routine care without missing important findings.
