Summary
This phase 2 trial tests whether abatacept (Orencia) can improve lung disease in people with common variable immunodeficiency (CVID). About 38 children and adults will receive either the drug or a placebo for 6 months. The main goal is to see if lung damage on CT scans shrinks by at least 30%.
