Summary

This Phase 3 trial tests whether adding a radioactive drug called AAA817 to standard hormone therapy can slow cancer growth better than current treatments alone. About 940 men with PSMA-positive metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer will be randomly assigned to receive either AAA817 plus an ARPI (enzalutamide or abiraterone) or standard care. The study measures how long participants live without their cancer worsening and overall survival.
