This study uses painless ultrasound scans to check for hidden bulges (aneurysms) in the belly and behind the knee in 507 people at higher risk, including older women who smoke and men over 65. The goal is to learn how common these bulges are and what risk factors are linked to them. Participants are not given any treatment; the study only observes and measures.
