New Stent-Grafts aim to fix dangerous aortic bulges without major surgery
NCT ID NCT02266719
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how well new, custom-made and off-the-shelf stent-grafts work for repairing complex aortic aneurysms (bulges in the main artery). About 750 people with aneurysms in the abdomen, chest, or arch will be treated using a less invasive procedure through blood vessels. The goal is to see if these devices are safe and effective at preventing rupture while reducing radiation exposure.
