Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called A166 in 120 adults with advanced HER2-positive solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose, while also seeing if the drug shrinks tumors. Participants must have tried standard treatments without success.
