Summary
This study tests two experimental drugs, 7MW3711 and JS207, given together (sometimes with chemo) to people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find the safest dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth. About 280 adults with good performance status and at least 3 months life expectancy are being recruited.
