NCT ID NCT06385652

First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests a new imaging agent called 68Ga-NB381 to see if it can find multiple myeloma tumors more accurately than current scans. The probe targets a protein (CD38) found on cancer cells. About 30 adults with suspected or confirmed multiple myeloma will receive the probe and undergo PET/CT scans. The goal is to improve diagnosis and guide treatment without relying solely on invasive bone marrow biopsies.
