Summary
This study tested a wellness program called 5Minutes4Myself for caregivers of autistic children. About 25 caregivers attended workshops, worked with a coach, and used an app to build healthy habits. The goal was to see if the program could reduce stress and improve mental health. The study was stopped early, but it aimed to help caregivers feel better day-to-day.
