Can a folate boost improve breastfeeding health?

Summary
This study tests whether a special form of folic acid (5-MTHF) is safe and beneficial for breastfeeding mothers and their infants. 36 mother-baby pairs will receive either the supplement or a placebo for 6 weeks. Researchers will measure nutrients in breast milk and blood, and check the mothers' mental health and babies' growth.
