Summary
This study tested a program called 4T (Teamwork, Targets, Technology, and Tight Control) in 316 children and teens newly diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. The program aimed to help them manage blood sugar levels and improve their quality of life using continuous glucose monitors and team-based care. Results showed better blood sugar control and reduced burden from the devices.
