Summary

This study tests whether combining 40Hz light, sound, and mild nerve stimulation can improve working memory in healthy adults. Thirty participants will try different combinations of these non-invasive stimulations while their brain activity is recorded. The goal is to understand how these techniques affect brain networks and whether they can enhance cognitive function.
