Summary
This study tests whether a 40 Hz flickering light, used at home for one hour daily, can reduce depression symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder. Sixty participants will receive either the active flickering light or a placebo light for six weeks. The goal is to see if this non-invasive light therapy can improve mood and potentially offer a new treatment option.
