New pill aims to calm gallbladder pain without surgery

Summary
This study tests whether a new tablet called 4-MUST can reduce pain and discomfort in people with chronic cholecystitis (long-term gallbladder inflammation) and biliary dyskinesia (abnormal gallbladder movement). About 300 adults aged 18-70 will receive either the drug or a placebo for 29 days. The main goal is to see if pain scores drop more with the active treatment.
