This study tests whether a drug called 4-aminopyridine (4-AP) can speed up healing of skin wounds. Researchers will give the drug to 150 healthy adults who get small skin biopsies and then measure how fast the wounds close. The goal is to find a new way to help both acute and chronic wounds heal better.
