Summary
This study looks at whether a simple breathing technique called 4-7-8 can help people sleep better, feel less pain, and recover more smoothly after bladder surgery. About 68 adults having this surgery will either learn the breathing exercise or receive standard care. Researchers will measure sleep quality, pain levels, and overall recovery in the first 24 hours after the operation.
