NCT ID NCT07457086
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a simple breathing exercise called the 4-7-8 technique can help people sleep better, feel less pain, and recover faster after bladder surgery. About 68 adults having this surgery will be randomly assigned to either learn the breathing exercise or receive standard care. Researchers will measure sleep quality, pain levels, and overall recovery in the first 24 hours after surgery.
