This study will test a special moving platform combined with virtual reality to help people with neurological disorders like Parkinson's disease, stroke, ALS, or mild cognitive impairment improve their balance and movement. The platform moves in three directions and adapts exercises in real time. The study includes 45 patients and 15 healthy volunteers to first check safety and usability, then see if it helps with balance, thinking, and quality of life compared to standard rehab.
