Jaw surgery software put to the test: does it predict your new look?
NCT ID NCT07557758
First seen May 03, 2026 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study checked how accurately Dolphin 3D software can predict changes in a person's face after jaw surgery. Sixteen patients with jaw deformities had their surgery planned using the software, and the predicted results were compared to what actually happened six months after surgery. The goal was to see if the software helps doctors and patients know what to expect.
